To talk about Barichara is to be transported by its colonial architecture, its great beauty and its people who make it without a doubt one of the best towns to visit in Santander. It is one of the 18 heritage towns that Colombia has.

Just 6 hours from Bogotá or three from Bucaramanfa by car, this place fascinates visitors with the cobblestone of its narrow streets, white colors on the walls and days of bright sun and blue sky. It is a town where it is possible to rest in absolute silence, enjoy good restaurants and be amazed by the majestic landscapes and views.

Walking through its streets is one of the recommended plans because this way to know each place and take photos that will look like a postcard. The beauty of its houses, parks, churches, cemetery that contain a valuable and unique architectural and cultural heritage.
